Since CatalogManager#createTable, createTemporaryTable and dropTable use the given 

fully qualified ObjectIdentifier to create or drop tables/temporary tables, we should also use ObjectIdentifier (instead of UnresolvedIdentifier) in dropTemporaryTable and dropTemporaryView.
