Currently the `WindowOperator` in blink planner actually supports retract messages, however in StreamExecGroupWindowAggregate, we throws exception if input is retract. IMO, we can remove this check and let `StreamExecGroupWindowAggregate` support retract messages. This will enhance the ability of blink planner very much.
