Fix For: 1.10.1
Currently, for flink-1.10, Python UDF is not supported in old planner under batch mode, so we should not use BatchTableEnvironment as an example for Python UDF in the document[1] of flink-1.10. The problem may also exist in other places in the document and should be checked.
