In several of our poms we have some eclipse-specific plugin configurations that are supposed to ease development using eclipse.
Based on feedback from the [ML|http://apache-flink-mailing-list-archive.1008284.n3.nabble.com/DISCUSS-Remove-Eclipse-specific-plugin-configurations-td38255.html] these are actually counter-productive.

We should remove them.
