[FLIP-84|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/FLIP-84%3A+Improve+%26+Refactor+API+of+TableEnvironment] proposes to unify the behavior of {{TableEnvironment}} and {{StreamTableEnvironment}}, and requires the {{StreamTableSink}} always returns {{DataStream}}. However
{{StreamTableSink.emitDataStream}} returns nothing and is deprecated since Flink 1.9, So we will remove it.
