We have observed severe performance downgrade of \{{RocksStateBackendBenchmark}} after FLINK-15692, and should tune the managed memory up as suggested in [this comment|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-15692?focusedCommentId=17022829&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-17022829].
