The error message in translateToPlanInternal does not provide good information.

[A hotfix |[https://github.com/apache/flink/commit/02b676e9169b9879d406e79c8cbe4fcf6b33afa1#diff-ed386bd5b2f8bc873a24413ff1d82562]] in the legacy planner corrected it but was not applied to the Blink planner.
