In the process of implementing FLINK-14290 [~tison] noticed that we can remove {{FlinkPlan}} after introducing {{Pipeline}} and changing the translation logic.

It was only introduced as a somewhat hacky workaround for the fact that {{OptimizedPlan}} and {{StreamGraph}} don't have a common base class/interface.
