The {{ClusterEntrypoint}} already starts an {{ioExecutor}}. However, this executor is not being used by the {{DispatcherResourceManagerComponent}} because it is not given to the {{DispatcherResourceManagerComponentFactory}}. In order to prepare the component to use the {{ioExecutor}}, I suggest to pass the {{ioExecutor}} into the {{DispatcherResourceManagerComponentFactory}}.
