DocHashIDFVectorizerModelMapper  is  a  transformer  to  transform  a  document  to  a  sparse  vector  based  on  the  inverse  document  frequency(idf).
 * Add  DocHashIDFVectorizerModelMapper  for  the  operation  of  the  DocHashIDFVectorizerModelMapper.
 * Add  DocHashIDFVectorizerModelData  to  save  model  data.
 * Add  DocHashIDFVectorizerModelDataConverter  to  serialize  and  deserialize  model.
 * Add  DocHashIDFVectorizerPredictParams  for  the  params  of  DocHashIDFVectorizerModelMapper.
 * Add  DocHashIDFVectorizerModelMapperTest  for  the  test  example.
