Also {{OneTimeLeaderListenerFuture}} which use {{LeaderAddressAndId}} but is dead code, too.

I'd like to supersede FLINK-11664 with this one because I can see the requirement tight {{leader address}} with {{leader session id}}, but it is not {{LeaderAddressAndId}}. It would be more natural to introduce such class when addressing FLINK-10333. Instead of a dedicate JIRA changes here and there.
