DocHashTFVectorizerMapper  is  a  transformer  to  convert  a  document  to  a  sparse  vector  based  on  the  frequency  of  every  word  in  the  string.
 * Add  DocHashTFVectorizerMapper  for  the  operation  of  the DocHashTFVectorizerMapper.
 * Add  HasBinary  for  the  params  of  DocHashTFVectorizerMapper.
 * Add  DocHashTFVectorizerParams  for  the  params  of  DocHashTFVectorizerMapper.
 * Add  DocHashTFVectorizerMapperTest  for  the  test  example.
