Now, we can not use inputCount+inputIndex+FieldIndex to construct rex input reference of calcite.

See QueryOperationConverter.SingleRelVisitor.visit(AggregateQueryOperation). Calcite will shuffle the output order of groupings.(See RelBuilder.aggregate, it use ImmutableBitSet to store groupings) So the output fields order will be changed too. This lead to the output fields orders of AggregateOperationFactory is different from calcite output orders.
