The index.html of the Flink website is not integrated into the jekyll layout.
This makes any change harder (in particular version updates / releases) because updates need to be done multiple times.
Also, markdown parsing is not available to the web frontpage.



Also:
- Add twitter account to front page
- Fix broken Privacy Policy link
