VectorSlicerMapper maps a vector to a thin vector , which define by input indices. It is useful for extracting features from a vector column.
 * Add VectorSliceMapper for mapping Op.
 * Add VectorSliceMapperTest for unit test.
 * Add VectorSliceParams for parameters.
