{{org.apache.flink.core.testutils.CommonTestUtils}} contains a few utility methods for generating objects that aren't accessible from the system class path. These currently rely on binary code that is dumped into a file and then given to a ClassLoader.

Instead we could move these methods to {{org.apache.flink.testutils.ClassLoaderUtils}} to consolidate classloading utils, and rework these methods to rely on {{org.apache.flink.testutils.ClassLoaderUtils#compileAndLoadJava}} instead, which compiles from source instead.
