For the input data type is Table, but during the ML training process, we need use DataSet and DataStream type. Thus, we need the type transformation utils in the ML algorithm implementations.
 * Add the transformation between DataSet and Table
 * Add the transformation between DataStream and Table
 * Add unit test cases.
