Talk with [~aljoscha] offline, flink should be able to run in yarn mode without flink-shaded-hadoop jar but with the native hadoop jar. What we need to do is to put that in the flink classpath. 

But I didn't find any document mention about this, this ticket is to verify this and add related document.
