Running the Flink examples should be super simple.

- provide a script in bin called run-example.sh
- skip the entry class path, i.e. WordCount runs org.apache.flink.examples.java.wordcount.WordCount
- provide default parameters and setup instructions
- automatically set up a local execution when no cluster configuration has been found
