It should be documented that if {{jobmanager.execution.failover-strategy}} is set to _region_, the new pipelined region failover strategy ({{AdaptedRestartPipelinedRegionStrategyNG}}) will be used.

* config values _region_ and _full_ are documented
* to be decided: config values _region-legacy_ and _individual_ remain undocumented
