The docs for [building from source with Hadoop|https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.8/flinkDev/building.html#hadoop-versions] omit the {{-Pinclude-hadoop}} profile in two code snippets.

The two code snippets that have {{-Dhadoop.version}} set, but no {{-Pinclude-hadoop}} need to be updated to include {{-Pinclude-hadoop}} as well.
