Since we plan to use mmap to accelerate the state read/write against the spilled (on-disk) KeyGroup, we need a {{MmapManager}} to manage the mmap-ed files, pretty much like the [MemoryMappedFileManager|https://s.apache.org/85BP] in log4j2.
