This is a follow up issue of [Flink-11863|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-11863]. The introduced `CompressedBlockChannelReader` and `CompressedBlockChannelWriter` should reuse the logic of `AsynchronousFileIOChannel` by extending from it.
