With Java 6 is reaching EOL we would like to let Flink's applications to know that it is recommended to move to Jav 7 or higher.

This could be done as logging message when Flink Job Manager is starting.

This will allow us to "deprecate" the support for Java 6 in the future by providing early notification to the users.
