*Description*
Setting {{yarn.per-job-cluster.include-user-jar: DISABLED}} in {{flink-conf.yaml}} is not supported (anymore). Doing so will lead to the job jar not being on the system classpath, which is mandatory if Flink is deployed in the job mode.
