This is a sub-task for refactoring the interface of {{ResultPartitionWriter}}.

We can make {{ResultPartitionWriter}} extend {{AutoCloseable}} in order to replace calling {{destroyBufferPool}} in specific {{ResultPartition}}. This is a small step for making {{Task}} reference with general {{ResultPartitionWriter}} instead of {{ResultPartition}}.
