In order to better separate concerns I suggest to introduce a {{JobMasterService}} interface which only exposes the lifecycle methods the {{JobManagerRunner}} needs instead of directly using the {{JobMaster}}. That way, we can later instantiate the {{JobManagerRunner}} easier for testing purposes.
