In FLINK-11073, we changed {{CompositeSerializerSnapshot}} to be internal, and intend users to use the new {{CompositeTypeSerializerSnapshot}} class instead for implementing snapshot classes of composite serializers.

The relevant part of the documentation that suggests {{CompositeSerializerSnapshot}} should also be updated to reflect this [1].
