The submodules {{flink-end-to-end-tests/flink-metrics-availability-test}} and {{flink-end-to-end-tests/flink-metrics-reporter-prometheus-test}} set explicitly a pom version. This is not needed and can be removed. Additionally, we could specify the parent pom directory.
