The one who is going to resolve this issue: Please also remove the {code}&{code} sign in the start-cluster.sh script. It is suppressing error messages from the remote machines (for example if the path is not valid)

Are you sure that you are talking about the same issue? Looking at the GH mirror I cannot see any changes for the start cluster script.
