Website community/team page

Hi,

While updating the community/team page (
http://flink.incubator.apache.org/community.html#team) on the website I
came across an obsolete link to the recently removed (
https://github.com/apache/incubator-flink/commit/1c58eb8b0ae55e07a2ad13be1fc4053005d67aa1)
contributors file.

I'd simply propose to remove the sentence that mentions it. However it
might be a nicer solution to provide an alternative for it.

Good catch. I think linking the the GitHub Contributors page there is a
good idea.
