That's a clear violation of the Apache license. Therefore, we cannot

It is complete and good to test against.
This is purely a non-technical (but legal) issue that has to be fixed, so functionality wise and stability wise, nothing will change between this release candidate and the next one. The next release candidate is being deployed right now. If the servers don't hick up, it should be out in a few hours...
