Hi all,
after the discussion in [1], I would like to open a voting thread for FLIP-107 [2] which discusses how to handle data next to the main payload (i.e. key and value formats as well as metadata in general) in SQL connectors and DDL. The vote will be open until September 15th (72h + weekend), unless there is an objection or not enough votes. Regards, Timo [1] http://apache-flink-mailing-list-archive.1008284.n3.nabble.com/DISCUSS-FLIP-107-Reading-table-columns-from-different-parts-of-source-records-td38277.html [2] https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/FLIP-107%3A+Handling+of+metadata+in+SQL+connectors |
