Non-Apache 0.5.1 maintenance release published

Hi everyone,

I pushed the first bugfix release for Flink (formerly Stratosphere) 0.5 to
Maven Central (give it 2 hours to sync)
The new binaries are linked on the project website.

Lets hope that we can finish the 0.6 release under the Apache umbrella soon.
